We are not providers for Medi-Cal, Medicaid, HMO except Anthem BCBS, or DMO plans, and we are not contracted with any PPO dental insurance plans. However, if you have PPO dental insurance, we will file your dental claim on your behalf as a courtesy. Any reimbursement will be sent directly to you from your insurance provider.
We aim to make payment as simple as possible for both you and your loved ones. Since loved ones do not need to be present during treatment, Safoura Sarafan, RDHAP, will accommodate your preferred payment method over the phone.
